The Team
Noodle
Noodle, is an English Pointer originally from Gran Canaria, he is a remarkable and endearing companion. At approximately 3-4 years old Noodle embodies friendliness, care, and a delightful character.
Paws4Minds visits care homes, bringing immense joy to the residents. They eagerly anticipate Noodle's arrival, showering him with affection. It's heart warming to chat with them about their past, reminisce about pets they've owned, and simply listen to their stories.
Noodle's charm extends beyond care homes. He has visited workplaces, charities, and even our local MP, Emma Hardy. Passers by during his walks can't help but smile at his wagging tail and happy face.
Noodle's recall skills are impressive for a Pointer, as fellow owners have attested.
He delights in playing fetch with his doggy toys and enjoys being fussed over and groomed.
Noodle's gentle nature shone through during his visits to my father in the hospital and later in his care home. My father faced health challenges, including a blood clot in the lung and a series of ischemic strokes. Noodle provided comfort to my mother and cuddled up next to her on the sofa. Now that my father is recovering at home, Noodle continues to be gentle around him.
He's equally wonderful with my young daughter and her friends. Noodle relishes belly rubs from her and often shares the sofa with her—choosing from two sofas and three armchairs!
Noodle is not only lovable but also has a cheeky side. We cherish going out with him, allowing his natural charms to brighten people's days. And now, it's our turn to provide support through Noodle's delightful presence!
